We are seeking an experienced, leadership-driven Software Engineer to lead our development team and maintain the highest standards of code quality, system architecture, and technical innovation. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, motivate, and evaluate the entire engineering team, including junior/senior developers, QA testers, and DevOps specialists.

Standards & Quality Control: Establish and enforce high coding standards, architectural patterns, and security protocols; conduct regular code reviews and technical audits.

Operations Planning: Develop and manage sprint cycles, release schedules, technical roadmaps, and special project plans to ensure efficient delivery and product stability.

Resource & Budget Management: Control technical infrastructure costs, software licensing, development tools, and cloud resource allocation; manage vendor relationships and external integrations.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and Executive teams to translate business requirements into scalable, user-centric technical solutions.

Training & Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on new technologies, coding best practices, security, and development workflows; mentor team leads.

Compliance & Reliability: Ensure full adherence to data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), security standards, and internal corporate governance guidelines.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Prepare reports on engineering velocity, system performance, and technical debt; implement CI/CD best practices and innovative development methodologies.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: 5–10+ years in software development, with at least 3–5 years in a technical leadership or engineering management capacity. Experience in high-growth startups or large-scale enterprise environments is highly desirable.

Technical & Management Skills:

Strong knowledge of full-stack development, system architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and database management.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and modern version control systems (Git).

Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and optimize development lifecycles.
