JOB DESCRIPTION: UI/UX Designer (Nhà thiết kế Giao diện & Trải nghiệm người dùng)
Job Responsibilities
User Research: Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors. Translate these insights into actionable design improvements.

Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and validate ideas before development.

Visual Design: Design high-fidelity UI layouts, icons, and visual elements that align with brand identity, ensuring a clean, modern, and aesthetically pleasing look.

Design Systems: Build and maintain a robust Design System (style guides, component libraries, design tokens) to ensure consistency across all products and platforms (Web/Mobile).

Usability Testing: Plan and execute usability tests to identify friction points. Analyze user data and feedback to iterate on designs and improve overall conversion and engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers and Developers to ensure design feasibility, effective implementation, and high-quality final product delivery.

Iterative Design: Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing product features based on data analytics, user feedback, and market trends.

Presentation: Effectively present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders, justifying design choices based on user goals and business objectives.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or related fields.

Experience: 2–4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with a portfolio showcasing mobile and web application projects.

Technical Skills:

Design Tools: Mastery of Figma (highly preferred), Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), or Sketch.

Prototyping: Proficiency in interactive prototyping tools (Figma, Protopie, or Framer).

UI Foundation: Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and responsive design principles.

UX Foundation: Strong grasp of user-centered design processes, information architecture, and accessibility standards (WCAG).

Analytical Thinking: Ability to think through complex user flows and map out efficient pathways to solve user problems.

Communication: Excellent communication and storytelling skills to advocate for the user and align stakeholders.

Portfolio: A strong, updated portfolio is required to demonstrate design process, problem-solving skills, and aesthetic quality.
