Job Responsibilities
Administration & Operation: Ensure the website is always running smoothly, updating content, articles, images, and product/service videos according to the marketing plan.

Technical Management: Monitor website performance, handle basic technical errors (bugs), manage hosting/domain, and coordinate with the IT/Agency team for system maintenance.

Optimization (SEO/UX): Collaborate with the Content and Marketing teams to optimize on-page SEO, improve page load speed, and enhance user experience (UX) on both mobile and desktop devices.

Security: Implement regular security measures and back up data to ensure website information security.

Analysis & Reporting: Monitor traffic and user behavior through tools (Google Analytics, Search Console) and report regularly to management.

Technical Support: Support other departments in launching landing pages or online advertising campaigns.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's/College degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in website administration or equivalent positions.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in using content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress (preferred), Joomla, Drupal, or e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce).

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and programming skills is a significant advantage.

Understanding SEO principles, image optimization, and website speed.

Soft Skills:

Meticulousness & Carefulness: Ensuring no spelling errors, display errors, or broken links on the website.

Problem-Solving Thinking: Ability to independently research and quickly resolve technical issues.

Work Organization: Ability to manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
