We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Website Programmer / Web Developer to join our digital development team. Key Responsibilities

Website Development & Programming: Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications using modern programming languages and frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Laravel, Node.js, React, Vue.js, etc.).
Front-End & Back-End Integration: Build dynamic front-end interfaces and robust back-end systems, including database design, API development, and server-side logic.
Custom Feature Implementation: Code custom modules, e-commerce functionality, content management systems (CMS like WordPress, Joomla), user authentication, payment gateways, and third-party integrations.
Performance Optimization: Optimize websites for speed, scalability, security, and SEO; implement caching, minification, and best practices for core web vitals.
Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing (unit, integration, cross-browser, mobile responsiveness) and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Maintenance & Updates: Perform regular website updates, security patches, content updates, and enhancements based on client or business requirements.
Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with designers, project managers, and stakeholders; document code, technical specifications, and user manuals.
Version Control & Deployment: Manage code using Git, deploy websites to hosting servers (AWS, VPS, shared hosting), and monitor post-launch performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience: 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in website programming, web development, or full-stack development. Strong portfolio showcasing completed websites and web applications is required.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in core web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), responsive design (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).
Strong experience with back-end languages/frameworks: PHP/Laravel, Node.js/Express, Python/Django, or .NET.
Database management: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
Familiarity with modern tools: React.js, Vue.js, Next.js, Git, RESTful APIs, GraphQL.
Knowledge of SEO best practices, web security (OWASP), and performance optimization.
Experience with CMS customization and e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify) is a plus.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in agile environments.
Attention to detail and commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.
Good communication skills to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
