Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and provide professional assistance to ensure a positive dining experience.

Food Preparation: Assemble food and beverage orders according to safety, quality, and presentation standards, following established preparation procedures.

Transaction Processing: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handle cash and card payments, and maintain accuracy in every transaction.

Operational Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace, including service counters, dining areas, kitchen equipment, and restrooms.

Inventory & Restocking: Monitor supply levels, restock service stations, and assist with inventory management to ensure smooth daily operations.

Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to food safety handling practices, health department regulations, and internal workplace safety policies.

Team Collaboration: Work effectively with teammates to maintain efficient workflow, support store events, and ensure prompt delivery of orders during peak hours.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in food service, retail, or a fast-paced customer service environment is highly desirable, but we are happy to train motivated individuals.
