Key Responsibilities
Organizational Analysis: Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing organizational structures, workflows, and business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

Data Collection & Analysis: Gather data through interviews, observations, and system audits; utilize quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze operational metrics and financial data.

Recommendation Development: Develop evidence-based recommendations, strategic plans, and process improvements designed to optimize productivity, streamline operations, and increase profitability.

Stakeholder Presentation: Create clear, professional reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Implementation Oversight: Assist management in the execution of approved organizational changes, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure successful adoption.

Change Management: Support departments through organizational transitions, providing training, documentation, and guidance on new policies or workflows.

Research & Benchmarking: Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to ensure our operations remain competitive and efficient.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree (MBA) or professional certification (e.g., CMC) is highly preferred.

Experience: 3–7+ years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, or strategic operations.

Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).

Strong knowledge of process mapping, project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, Six Sigma), and organizational theory.

Expertise in research methodologies and technical report writing.
