Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on market conditions, competitor activities, and consumer preferences using surveys, focus groups, and digital analytics tools.

Data Interpretation: Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights; produce regular reports and dashboards that guide marketing strategy and decision-making.

Campaign Development: Design and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, content) tailored to specific target audiences identified through your research.

Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and perform A/B testing to optimize results and maximize Return on Investment (ROI).

Customer Segmentation: Build and maintain detailed customer personas and segments to ensure marketing efforts are personalized, relevant, and effective.

Content Strategy: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content that aligns with research-backed audience interests and pain points.

Trend Identification: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and shifting consumer habits to keep our brand competitive and proactive.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience: 2–5+ years of experience in market research, digital marketing, or marketing analytics.

Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Excel).

Expertise in marketing automation platforms and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).

Strong background in survey design, qualitative/quantitative research methodologies, and social media listening tools.
