Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, actively listen to their needs, and provide professional recommendations that align with their interests.

Sales Execution: Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets by demonstrating products effectively and closing sales opportunities.

Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and product specifications to provide accurate information and answer customer inquiries.

Merchandising & Store Maintenance: Assist with visual merchandising, restocking shelves, maintaining clean and organized sales floors, and ensuring display integrity.

Transaction Processing: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, process payments, handle returns/exchanges, and maintain cash drawer accuracy.

Operational Support: Support store opening and closing procedures, participate in inventory cycle counts, and assist with loss prevention initiatives.

Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth floor coverage, support store events, and maintain a positive, professional store environment.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a sales-driven environment is highly desirable but not required for highly motivated candidates.

Key Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with diverse customer groups.

Ability to learn product lines quickly and communicate features/benefits clearly.

Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash.

Familiarity with POS systems and retail inventory management practices.
