We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven SEM Specialist to oversee and optimize our paid search strategies. You will be responsible for managing paid advertising campaigns across search engines (Google, Bing) to increase brand visibility, drive qualified traffic, and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). If you thrive on data, keyword research, and fine-tuning bidding strategies to deliver bottom-line results, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, landing page recommendations, and audience targeting.

Bid Management: Oversee daily budget management, bid adjustments, and quality score improvements to ensure optimal ad placement and cost efficiency.

Performance Optimization: Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, and landing pages to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Regularly monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Ads dashboards. Provide stakeholders with clear, actionable reports on KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CPC, Conversion Volume).

Keyword & Competitor Research: Identify new growth opportunities through thorough keyword expansion and competitive analysis to maintain a strong market position.

Conversion Tracking: Work closely with the technical/web team to ensure proper setup and accuracy of conversion tracking, pixels, and tag management.

Budget Management: Manage monthly spend across platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and performance targets.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads is mandatory).

Technical Skills:

Certifications: Google Ads Search Certification (required), Analytics certification (preferred).

Platforms: Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Google Analytics (GA4).

Data Tools: Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) for data manipulation.

Bonus Skills: Experience with Bid Management software (e.g., SA360) or landing page builders (e.g., Unbounce, Instapage).

Soft Skills:

Analytical Aptitude: Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and strategy.

Precision: Exceptional attention to detail, especially regarding budget management and campaign settings.

Problem-Solving: Proactive mindset to troubleshoot performance drops and identify opportunities for optimization.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to align search strategies with broader marketing goals.
