You will blend creative content strategy with technical SEO principles to boost brand reach, engagement, and authority.

Job Responsibilities
Social SEO Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to optimize social media profiles and content for platform-specific search algorithms (e.g., SEO for TikTok and Instagram Explore).

Keyword Optimization: Conduct deep research to identify high-volume, intent-driven keywords relevant to our industry and integrate them naturally into captions, bios, hashtags, alt-text, and video transcripts.

Content Discovery & Trends: Analyze search trends within social platforms to inform content creation, ensuring our videos and posts capture "search intent" rather than just passive scrolling.

Metadata & Technical Optimization: Optimize all video and image metadata, including file names, alt-text, descriptions, and pinned content to improve indexability within platform search results.

Performance Analysis: Track search-driven traffic from social channels to our website and monitor "discovery" metrics within native platform analytics.

Collaboration: Partner with the creative/video team to ensure that content structure, scripts, and visual hooks are optimized for both user engagement and search visibility.

Platform Updates: Stay ahead of algorithm changes regarding how search results are served on major social apps and adjust tactics accordingly.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in social media management or SEO; a strong understanding of how social platforms act as discovery engines is essential.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of social media platform algorithms (TikTok SEO, YouTube SEO, Instagram SEO).

Proficiency in keyword research tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Trends, or native platform search bars).

Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Social Media native insights).

Basic knowledge of video editing/captioning trends is a plus.
