Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Admicro Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns within the Admicro ecosystem. As a key player in Vietnam’s leading MarTech and media network, you will leverage Admicro’s extensive inventory (including top publishers like Kênh 14, CafeF, Afamily, and Soha) to maximize brand visibility and performance. You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, utilizing advanced targeting tools and data insights to deliver high-impact results.

Job Responsibilities
Campaign Lifecycle Management: Plan, set up, and execute display, native, and programmatic advertising campaigns via the Admicro Ads platform.

Inventory & Placement Optimization: Select and optimize ad placements across Admicro’s premium publisher network to ensure maximum reach and relevance.

Targeting Strategy: Utilize Admicro’s deep audience segmentation (demographic, behavioral, contextual, and IP-based targeting) to reach high-value prospects.

Performance Monitoring: Track real-time campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate) and manage retargeting strategies to maximize the ROI of the buying journey.

Bid & Budget Management: Implement real-time bidding (RTB) strategies to maintain cost efficiency and ensure campaign budgets are utilized effectively.

Reporting & Insights: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders for future campaign optimization.

Technical Troubleshooting: Monitor for invalid traffic/fraud and work closely with technical teams to ensure correct tracking (Admicro Analytics, pixels, or third-party tracking tools).

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in digital advertising, with specific experience using the Admicro/VCCorp ad network or similar local publisher networks in Vietnam.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in the Admicro Ads Manager and related AdX platforms.

Strong understanding of digital ad formats (Display banners, Native ads, Video/TVC, Rich Media).

Experience with tracking and data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Admicro Analytics, or DMPs).

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

Soft Skills:

Local Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the Vietnamese digital landscape and online consumer behavior.

Analytical Aptitude: Ability to analyze large volumes of data and translate them into meaningful campaign improvements.

Adaptability: Ability to stay updated with Admicro’s platform feature releases and policy changes.

Communication: Strong ability to coordinate between internal teams and Admicro support/account managers.
