JOB DESCRIPTION: Creative Director
Job Responsibilities
Visionary Leadership: Define and oversee the long-term creative vision and aesthetic direction for the brand. Ensure that all creative output—whether digital, print, or experiential—is cohesive, impactful, and aligned with business goals.
Campaign Strategy: Lead the conceptualization of high-impact brand campaigns and major promotional events (e.g., Mega Sales, seasonal launches). Transform complex marketing briefs into compelling, award-worthy creative strategies.
Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team (Graphic Designers, Motion Artists, Copywriters, Video Editors). Foster an environment of high creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Work at an executive level with the Marketing Director, E-commerce Lead, and Product Managers to ensure that creative strategies drive commercial growth and brand equity.
Quality & Brand Governance: Serve as the final gatekeeper for all creative assets. Protect and evolve the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels—from E-commerce storefronts to high-level brand advertisements.
Creative Innovation: Stay at the forefront of global design, storytelling, and digital marketing trends. Proactively introduce new technologies, formats (e.g., AI-driven assets, immersive tech), and creative techniques to keep the brand ahead of the competition.
Agency & Vendor Oversight: Manage relationships with external creative agencies, production houses, and freelancers, ensuring their output meets the brand’s standards and project timelines.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 8–10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, with a strong background in brand building and digital retail (agency experience is a plus).
Technical Expertise:
Deep understanding of Integrated Marketing (how creative assets translate across social, search, display, and offline).
Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and modern design workflows; high-level awareness of video production and motion graphics.
Proven track record of managing multi-channel creative projects and high-volume asset production for large-scale E-commerce platforms.
Soft Skills:
Inspiring Leadership: Ability to motivate creative teams to produce their best work under pressure.
Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to connect creative output to business KPIs (e.g., how design affects CTR, conversion, and brand sentiment).
