JOB DESCRIPTION: Telemarketing / Direct Marketing Specialist
Job Responsibilities
Outbound Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to potential customers (prospects) to introduce products, services, or special promotions.

Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify sales leads, maintaining accurate records of customer interest, objections, and contact information in the CRM system.

Direct Communication: Craft and deliver persuasive, script-based messaging via telephone, email, and direct messaging channels to drive immediate interest and conversion.

Target Achievement: Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and sales closed.

Relationship Building: Develop rapport with prospects over the phone, addressing concerns, answering questions, and overcoming objections to guide them through the sales funnel.

Follow-up Management: Systematically follow up with "warm" leads to nurture the relationship and maximize the conversion rate from prospect to customer.

Data Accuracy: Keep the CRM database updated in real-time, documenting interaction history to ensure that marketing and sales teams have clear insights for follow-up.

Performance Feedback: Analyze campaign results (conversion rates, talk time, lead quality) and provide regular feedback to the marketing team to refine scripts and target audience segments.

Job Requirements
Education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, direct marketing, or a customer-facing role.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or local equivalents).

Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office/Google Suite (specifically Excel for lead list management).

Experience using automated dialing systems or bulk email/messaging tools is a plus.

Soft Skills:
