Job Posting: Real Estate Sales Team Leader
Hiring: 02 Positions
We are seeking 2 dynamic and inspirational Sales Team Leaders to manage, motivate, and mentor our sales team. If you have a proven track record in real estate sales and possess the leadership skills to drive a team toward high-performance targets, this role is for you.
Job Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team-wide sales targets.
Strategy Development: Develop effective sales strategies, action plans, and lead generation campaigns to penetrate target markets.
Performance Management: Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales activities, track KPIs, and provide constructive performance feedback to team members.
Training & Mentoring: Regularly conduct training sessions on sales techniques, negotiation, property knowledge, and CRM usage to improve team competency.
Sales Process Optimization: Oversee the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and viewing to closing—ensuring professional standards are maintained at all times.
Conflict & Objection Handling: Support team members in complex negotiations, closing high-value deals, and resolving difficult client objections.
Reporting: Regularly analyze sales data and team productivity to report progress and improvement strategies to the Sales Director.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields.
Experience: 3–5 years in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a Team Leader or Supervisory role.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in CRM systems and reporting tools.
Deep knowledge of market trends, property law, and investment analysis.
Soft Skills:
Leadership: Proven ability to build, lead, and motivate a team toward success.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify market opportunities and optimize sales processes.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation and public speaking skills.
Emotional Intelligence: Ability to build strong relationships with both team members and clients.
