Key Responsibilities
Beverage Preparation: Skillfully craft a variety of espresso-based drinks, pour-over coffees, and specialty beverages to order, ensuring consistent quality, temperature, and presentation.

Customer Engagement: Provide a warm, professional welcome to every guest, offer knowledgeable menu recommendations, and maintain a friendly rapport throughout the ordering process.

Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, including daily cleaning and maintenance of espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.

Point-of-Sale Operations: Process orders accurately using the POS system, handle cash and digital transactions, and ensure all tickets are managed efficiently during peak hours.

Inventory & Stocking: Monitor bean supply, milk, syrups, and pastry levels, restocking stations proactively and reporting low inventory to management to ensure operational flow.

Quality Control: Maintain high standards for bean freshness, grind settings, and milk texturing to ensure each cup meets our establishment’s premium standards.

Compliance & Safety: Strictly adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of dairy/alternatives and regular sanitization of all service areas.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; specialty coffee training or certification is highly preferred.

Experience: 1–3+ years of experience as a Barista, with strong foundational knowledge of coffee preparation, milk steaming, and espresso extraction.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in operating commercial espresso machines, grinders, and manual brewing methods.

Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management tools.

Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in a food service setting.
