Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly, provide menu recommendations, and assist with ordering to ensure a quick and pleasant experience.

Order Processing: Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, handle cash and card transactions, and package orders for dine-in or take-away.

Food Preparation: Prepare food and beverages according to standardized recipes, ensuring quality, presentation, and food safety standards are met at all times.

Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, including food preparation areas, counter surfaces, dining tables, and restrooms throughout the shift.

Inventory & Stocking: Monitor ingredient levels and supply stocks, restocking stations as needed and communicating low levels to management to maintain operational flow.

Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols, including proper food handling techniques and personal hygiene requirements.

Team Collaboration: Support team members during peak hours by multitasking effectively, communicating clearly, and assisting with tasks to minimize wait times.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; no specific prior experience is required, though previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.

Experience: Entry-level position; we are happy to provide comprehensive on-the-job training for motivated individuals.

Technical Skills:

Basic ability to learn and operate POS systems and electronic payment terminals.

Familiarity with standard food preparation and kitchen equipment (fryers, grills, beverage machines).
