Key Responsibilities
Guest Service Excellence: Provide a warm welcome to guests, manage reservations, and guide them through our menu offerings with comprehensive knowledge of ingredients and preparation.

Order Management: Accurately record guest orders, communicate special dietary requirements to the kitchen, and ensure timely and precise delivery of food and beverages.

Table Maintenance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area, ensuring tables are set correctly, cleared promptly, and reset for incoming guests.

Beverage & Menu Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage pairings, effectively upselling and answering guest inquiries with confidence.

Point-of-Sale Proficiency: Handle transactions accurately using POS systems, process payments, and ensure all checks are closed correctly at the end of each service.

Communication & Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate service flow, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency during peak periods.

Safety & Sanitation: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service guidelines and food hygiene practices, to ensure a safe dining environment.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; previous certification in hospitality or food service is a plus.

Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in a restaurant or fast-paced hospitality setting is preferred, though we value a strong service-oriented attitude above all else.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with modern POS systems and reservation software (e.g., OpenTable, Toast, Resy).

Knowledge of standard table service etiquette and food/beverage service techniques.

Basic understanding of food safety and responsible alcohol service regulations.
