We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Cashier to provide efficient and accurate checkout services to our customers. Key Responsibilities
Transaction Processing: Accurately scan items, process payments (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments), and issue receipts, ensuring 100% precision in every transaction.

Customer Service: Greet every customer with a friendly attitude, provide assistance with bagging items, and answer basic questions regarding store policies or current promotions.

Cash Management: Maintain an organized and accurate cash drawer throughout the shift, performing balance checks and reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.

Checkout Area Maintenance: Keep the register area clean, stocked with supplies (bags, receipt paper, etc.), and free of clutter to ensure a professional and efficient workspace.

Conflict Handling: Handle customer returns, exchanges, or price check requests calmly and according to established store procedures.

Operational Integrity: Adhere to all safety, security, and loss prevention protocols, ensuring that restricted items or store assets are managed appropriately.

Team Support: Coordinate with sales floor staff to verify pricing or stock information when necessary to expedite customer service.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Previous experience in a cashier, customer service, or high-volume handling position is highly valued but not required—we are willing to train the right person.

Technical Skills:

Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn Point-of-Sale (POS) systems quickly.

Strong aptitude for basic mathematics, specifically addition, subtraction, and making change accurately.
