We are seeking an empathetic, articulate, and problem-solving-oriented Customer Service Representative to act as the primary voice of our company. Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Provide high-quality, professional support to customers via phone, email, chat, or social media, addressing their needs with patience and care.
Issue Resolution: Actively listen to customer complaints or inquiries, research the best solutions, and take proactive steps to resolve issues efficiently and accurately.
Product/Service Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our offerings to provide clear, accurate, and helpful information to all users.
Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system, ensuring data is kept up to date for follow-up and reporting.
Escalation Management: Identify complex or recurring issues that require senior-level intervention and escalate them appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
Quality Assurance: Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) and internal communication standards, consistently striving to exceed customer expectations.
Cross-Functional Feedback: Act as the "voice of the customer" by reporting recurring trends, technical bugs, or feedback to the product and operations teams to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certifications in communication or business are a plus.
Experience: Proven experience in a customer service, support, or high-volume communications role is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot) and multi-channel communication tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, tone, and empathy.
Ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously while maintaining focus on the conversation.

Emotional Intelligence: Ability to read between the lines, recognize customer frustration, and de-escalate situations with grace.
Problem-Solving: A resourceful and logical approach to troubleshooting, even when a standard answer isn't immediately available.
