We are seeking a physically fit, reliable, and hardworking Laborer and Freight Handler to join our logistics and operations team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily movement of goods, responsible for the safe and efficient loading, unloading, and organizing of freight. Key Responsibilities
Loading & Unloading: Efficiently load and unload freight from trucks, shipping containers, and delivery vehicles using manual effort or basic material handling equipment.

Freight Handling: Carefully move, lift, and stack products to prevent damage, ensuring that all items are placed securely and according to storage guidelines.

Inventory Organization: Assist in sorting, labeling, and organizing warehouse inventory to ensure accurate tracking and easy accessibility for order fulfillment.

Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all workplace safety policies, including proper heavy-lifting techniques, the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and reporting any hazards immediately.

Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and maintain basic handling equipment (e.g., manual pallet jacks, carts, dollies) to ensure it is in good working order.

Warehouse Tidiness: Keep loading docks, walkways, and storage areas clear of debris and clutter to maintain a safe and efficient flow of operations.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with drivers, warehouse supervisors, and other laborers to meet loading schedules and shipping deadlines.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in manual labor, warehousing, logistics, or a related industrial role is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions regarding cargo handling and safety.

Basic understanding of inventory sorting and warehouse labeling systems.

Familiarity with workplace safety standards and lifting ergonomics.

Personal Attributes:

Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50+ lbs), standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods.

Reliability: A consistent track record of punctuality and a commitment to completing physical tasks thoroughly.

Attention to Detail: Ability to double-check labels and cargo counts to ensure that shipments remain accurate.
