Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs, and provide personalized product advice to enhance their shopping experience.

Product Knowledge: Maintain deep expertise regarding our product lines, features, benefits, and current promotions to confidently answer customer inquiries.

Sales & Transactions: Process payments accurately, handle returns and exchanges with professionalism, and proactively suggest add-on items to meet sales goals.

Merchandising: Keep the sales floor clean, tidy, and visually appealing by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring inventory is correctly priced and labeled.

Inventory Management: Assist in receiving new shipments, monitoring stock levels, and communicating potential replenishment needs to management.

Service Excellence: Handle customer feedback or concerns with patience and solution-oriented empathy, ensuring each interaction reflects our high standards for service.

Operational Support: Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, security protocols, and maintaining an orderly checkout area.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a high-volume hospitality role is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Ability to operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, credit card terminals, and basic inventory tracking software.

Comfort with cash handling and basic arithmetic.
