We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to ensure the accuracy, availability, and optimal organization of our stock. In this role, you will be the bridge between our supply chain and the point of sale or production line. You will be responsible for maintaining precise inventory records, managing restocking workflows, and ensuring that our storage areas remain clean and efficient. Key Responsibilities
Inventory Accuracy: Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories to ensure system records match physical stock levels.

Restocking & Replenishment: Monitor stock levels and proactively trigger restocking procedures to prevent shortages or overstocking.

Organization & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, logical, and safe storage environment, ensuring all items are labeled, stored in designated locations, and rotated appropriately (FIFO).

Shipment Processing: Inspect incoming shipments for quality and quantity, logging data into our management system and shelving items efficiently.

Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate "shrinkage," damaged items, or inventory discrepancies, and provide root-cause analysis to management.

Technology Integration: Utilize handheld scanners, barcode systems, or inventory management software to update stock status in real-time.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure all stocking activities comply with internal safety protocols and that the warehouse or storage area remains clear of hazards.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Proven experience in inventory control, retail stocking, or warehouse operations is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Inventory Management Systems (IMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.

Familiarity with barcode scanning technology and automated replenishment tools.

Strong numerical and analytical skills to manage inventory math and data.
