Key Responsibilities
Inventory Receiving & Stocking: Unload incoming shipments, inspect merchandise for damage, and verify quantities against packing slips to ensure accurate inventory levels.

Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup, ensuring that the correct products are selected and safely packaged.

Shelf Maintenance: Organize and replenish stock on shelves, ensuring items are rotated by date (FIFO - First In, First Out), faced correctly, and priced accurately.

Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and logical storage area, ensuring high-traffic zones are clear and inventory is stored in designated locations.

Accuracy Verification: Conduct periodic cycle counts and inventory audits to identify discrepancies between system data and physical stock levels.

Safety & Compliance: Operate material handling equipment (such as pallet jacks or carts) safely and adhere to all facility safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques.

Communication: Coordinate with management regarding low-stock alerts, damaged goods, or any issues encountered during the fulfillment process.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, stockroom management, or order fulfillment is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Ability to read and interpret inventory reports, picking lists, and shipping labels.

Experience using handheld scanners or inventory management software/apps.

Basic knowledge of warehouse safety standards and proper heavy lifting procedures.

Personal Attributes:

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) for the duration of the shift.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous focus on matching product SKUs and quantities to ensure 100% order accuracy.
