JOB DESCRIPTION: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Business Development Executive to join our team. Your primary objective is to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and expanding our market presence. You will play a vital role in executing our growth strategy and building a solid pipeline of prospects.
Job Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively research and identify potential B2B/B2C leads, target markets, and partnership opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry research.
Client Acquisition: Initiate contact with prospects, present our company's products/services, and articulate the value proposition effectively.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead meetings and negotiations, draft proposals, and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify new niches or improvement opportunities.
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to align business development initiatives with overall corporate strategy and product roadmap.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts in the CRM system.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market data, identify business opportunities, and think "outside the box."
Attributes: Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in the face of rejection.
Tech Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Language: Fluency in Vietnamese and good English communication skills are preferred.
