JOB DESCRIPTION: Merchandiser / Visual Merchandiser
Job Responsibilities
Product Display Implementation: Arrange and display products on shelves, gondolas, and promotional areas according to the company’s layout guidelines and visual standards.

Space Management: Optimize shelf space to ensure the best products are highlighted, maintaining clean and organized displays at all times.

Visual Merchandising: Set up attractive point-of-sale (POS) materials, signage, and promotional displays to grab customer attention and drive sales.

Inventory & Replenishment: Monitor product stock levels on the sales floor, restock items promptly, and ensure that all products are front-faced and clearly priced.

Quality Checks: Ensure all products on display are in perfect condition (not damaged or expired), and that security tags/labels are properly placed.

Compliance: Strictly follow brand guidelines and planograms to maintain brand consistency across all store locations.

Feedback & Reporting: Report on display effectiveness, customer feedback regarding product placement, and competitor activities to the Store Manager.

Job Requirements
Education: High School diploma or higher.

Experience: Experience in retail, visual merchandising, or stock management is preferred.

Eye for Detail: Strong attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics to create visually appealing displays.

Physical Stamina: Able to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks such as lifting or rearranging products.

Skills: Proficient in basic organizational skills; ability to follow visual planograms and instructions accurately.

Attitude: Proactive, hardworking, and highly responsible.

Flexibility: Willing to work in shifts and adapt to changing store layouts during promotional campaigns.
