JOB DESCRIPTION: Telesales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and converting leads into successful sales over the phone.
Job Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Proactively contact potential customers from an provided database or leads list to introduce products and services.
Sales Pitch: Deliver professional, persuasive, and customized sales pitches to meet the specific needs of customers.
Conversion: Successfully convert inquiries or leads into closed sales, meetings, or long-term partnerships.
Lead Qualification: Qualify prospects by identifying their needs, budget, and interest level to prioritize high-potential leads.
Customer Follow-up: Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule with interested prospects to nurture relationships and close deals.
Data Management: Accurately update customer profiles, call logs, and sales status in the CRM system.
Target Achievement: Strictly follow sales scripts, handle objections professionally, and consistently strive to meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Job Requirements
Education: High School diploma or higher.
Experience: Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is a significant advantage.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills, including a clear, pleasant, and confident voice.
Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and active listening skills. Ability to handle objections and rejection with a positive attitude.
Mindset: Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Tech Proficiency: Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM software or order management tools.
Language: Fluency in Vietnamese (English is a plus).
