JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Trainer (5 Positions)
Job Summary
We are looking for 5 enthusiastic and experienced Sales Trainers to join our team. You will be responsible for developing, facilitating, and managing training programs to equip our sales force with the skills and product knowledge necessary to drive revenue growth and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities
Training Delivery: Conduct high-impact training sessions (onboarding, product knowledge, sales techniques, and soft skills) for both new hires and existing staff.

Curriculum Development: Design, update, and maintain comprehensive training materials, manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.

Coaching & Mentoring: Provide 1-on-1 coaching, field training (on-the-job), and role-play assessments to improve individual sales performance.

Performance Analysis: Identify training gaps through sales performance data, feedback, and call monitoring; develop targeted solutions to bridge these gaps.

Quality Assurance: Monitor sales interactions to ensure adherence to company standards, compliance, and service quality.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Management and HR teams to align training initiatives with business goals and sales targets.

Job Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales training, coaching, or a similar role in a high-volume sales environment (Retail, FMCG, Tech, or Call Center).

Knowledge: Deep understanding of modern sales methodologies, customer service standards, and consultative selling techniques.

Communication: Exceptional public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills. Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engage diverse audiences.

Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing sales data to create data-driven training programs.

Soft Skills: Patient, observant, and highly motivated. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Tech Proficiency: Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) is highly preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related fields.
