JOB DESCRIPTION: Apartment Building Security Guard (Nhân Viên Bảo Vệ Chung Cư)
1. Job Objective
The Apartment Building Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of residents, their property, and the building’s common areas. This role focuses on access control, monitoring facilities, maintaining order, and providing high-quality service to residents.

2. Key Responsibilities
Access Control: Monitor entrance/exit points for residents, visitors, and delivery personnel; ensure all visitors are registered and approved by residents.

Surveillance: Monitor CCTV systems and conduct regular patrols of all floors, parking areas, stairwells, and common facilities (gym, pool, lobby).

Parking Management: Direct traffic within the parking area, ensure vehicles are parked in designated spots, and maintain order during peak hours.

Incident Response: Serve as the first responder for emergencies (fire, medical, security breaches, elevator failures); coordinate with building management and emergency services.

Policy Enforcement: Ensure residents and visitors comply with building regulations, including noise control, waste disposal, and safety rules.

Asset Protection: Secure common assets and prevent unauthorized access or damage to building infrastructure.

Communication: Greet residents professionally, assist with inquiries, and report maintenance or security issues to the Building Management Office promptly.

3. Job Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in security, preferably within residential or commercial building management.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in operating CCTV monitoring systems and intercoms.

Basic knowledge of fire safety protocols and equipment usage.

Experience with parking management and visitor registration software (if applicable).

Soft Skills:

Professionalism: Maintain a polite, helpful, and respectful attitude towards residents at all times.

Vigilance: Ability to observe and identify suspicious activities or potential hazards quickly.
