JOB DESCRIPTION: Coffee & Tea Shop Security/Parking Attendant
1. Job Objective
The Security/Parking Attendant is responsible for managing the parking area, ensuring the safety of customer vehicles, and maintaining a welcoming, orderly environment for guests arriving at the coffee/tea shop. The role focuses on customer service, vehicle organization, and securing the premises.
2. Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Management: Direct traffic and organize motorcycles/cars in the parking area to maximize space and ensure smooth entry/exit for customers.
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly upon arrival and departure, providing a positive first and last impression.
Security & Surveillance: Monitor the exterior area and parking lot to prevent theft, vandalism, or unauthorized activities.
Vehicle Care: Manage the parking ticket system (if applicable), ensure helmets and vehicle belongings are safe, and assist elderly or disabled customers when needed.
Facility Upkeep: Keep the parking area clean, orderly, and free of debris; report any safety hazards (e.g., lighting issues, slippery ground) to the store manager.
Compliance: Strictly follow shop opening/closing procedures and store security policies.
3. Job Requirements
Education: No specific educational requirement; secondary school diploma is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in security or parking management is preferred but not required; candidates with a friendly and responsible attitude are highly valued.
Physical Requirements: Ability to work outdoors and stand for extended periods.
