We are seeking friendly, detail-oriented, and quick-thinking Order Takers to join our Food & Beverage team. In this customer-facing role, you will accurately take and process customer orders via phone, in-person, POS system, or online platforms, ensuring a smooth and satisfying ordering experience. Key Responsibilities

Order Taking & Processing: Receive and accurately record customer orders for food, beverages, and special requests via phone, counter, drive-thru, or digital systems.
Menu Knowledge & Recommendation: Provide detailed menu information, suggest items, upsell promotions, and accommodate dietary preferences or special requests.
Order Verification & Coordination: Confirm order details with customers, input orders into the POS system, and coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely preparation and delivery.
Customer Service Excellence: Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally; maintain a polite and helpful demeanor at all times.
Payment Processing: Process payments (cash, card, digital wallets) accurately and issue receipts or invoices.
Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate order records, update daily sales reports, and report any issues to supervisors.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with waitstaff, kitchen, and cashiers to ensure seamless service and minimize errors.
Hygiene & Compliance: Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and restaurant operational standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service training is a plus.
Experience: 0–2+ years in customer service, order taking, cashier, or F&B roles. Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are welcome.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in POS systems, telephone etiquette, and basic computer skills (MS Office or restaurant software).
Clear and pleasant voice with good listening abilities.

Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills (English and Vietnamese; additional languages are an advantage).
Fast learner with strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Positive, energetic attitude and customer service orientation.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
