We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of all technology and operational projects during the pre-opening and launch phase of our new luxury hotel and resort in Vietnam.
This senior leadership role is responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of critical systems including website, Magento 2 e-commerce, booking engine, mobile applications, PMS integration, cloud infrastructure, and other digital platforms that support hotel operations and guest experience.
As Senior Delivery Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager, IT teams, Business Analysts, and department heads to drive project execution from initiation to post-launch stabilization.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Delivery Leadership

Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple complex projects in a fast-paced pre-opening environment.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Manage scope, budget, and timelines while maintaining high quality standards.

Team & Stakeholder Management

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including Developers (Frontend, Magento, Mobile), DevOps, QA/Testers, Business Analysts, and 3D Artists.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban), daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Serve as the key bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders (GM, Marketing, Finance, Operations).

Pre-Opening Delivery Excellence

Oversee the successful launch of all digital platforms before soft opening and grand opening.
Ensure seamless integration of hotel systems (PMS, POS, CRM, Booking Engine, E-commerce, etc.).
Track and report on project KPIs, milestones, and overall delivery health.

Risk, Quality & Compliance

Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
Ensure adherence to quality assurance processes and support document verification for all project deliverables, contracts, licenses, and compliance requirements.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies.

Reporting & Governance

Provide clear, regular status reports and executive dashboards to senior management and stakeholders.
Manage vendor relationships and third-party deliveries.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are highly preferred.

Experience

8–12+ years in project delivery, with at least 4–6 years as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Senior IT Manager.
Proven track record delivering complex digital transformation or hotel pre-opening technology projects.
Experience in hospitality, travel, or e-commerce sectors is a strong advantage.

Technical & Leadership Skills

Strong understanding of modern tech stacks (AWS, Magento 2, React/Next.js, Mobile Development, DevOps practices).
Excellent Agile/Scrum mastery and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.).
Solid financial acumen for budget control and resource optimization.

Language & Soft Skills

Excellent command of English (spoken and written). Vietnamese is essential.
Outstanding leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic pre-opening environment.
