JOB DESCRIPTION: Delivery Hub Operations Manager (Quản lý Vận hành Trạm Giao hàng)
Job Responsibilities
Hub Operations Oversight: Manage all daily activities within the delivery hub (trạm giao hàng), ensuring a seamless flow from inbound sorting to final-mile dispatch.

Performance Management: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), Failed Delivery Rate (FDR), return-to-sender (RTS) efficiency, and productivity per delivery partner.

Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate the hub team, including shift leaders, sorting staff, and delivery riders. Manage scheduling and performance appraisals.

Resource Planning: Forecast delivery volume spikes (e.g., peak sales seasons) and plan staffing levels and equipment needs to ensure service levels are maintained.

Problem Resolution: Act as the escalation point for complex delivery issues, customer complaints, or operational bottlenecks; drive root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols for warehouse operations and ensure all delivery partners comply with traffic regulations and company delivery standards.

Cost Management: Monitor hub operational expenses, including packaging materials, logistics supplies, and utilities; identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

Process Improvement: Proactively identify inefficiencies in the sorting or dispatch process and implement Lean/Kaizen improvements to boost hub throughput.

System Integrity: Ensure all data, including parcel scanning, status updates, and inventory logs, is accurately recorded in the internal Delivery Management System (DMS).

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in logistics operations, specifically in last-mile delivery, e-commerce fulfillment, or courier service management.

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in Delivery Management Systems (DMS) or ERP platforms.

Advanced data analysis skills (Excel/Google Sheets) to manage reporting and operational planning.

Leadership: Proven track record in managing teams of 20+ staff/riders; ability to lead and motivate a diverse workforce in a high-pressure environment.

Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to plan for high-volume periods and manage logistics network flow effectively.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate between central operations, customer service, and the delivery fleet.

Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts during peak seasons, to ensure operational continuity.
