JOB DESCRIPTION: Transportation Operations Specialist (Nhân viên Vận hành Vận tải)
Job Responsibilities
Daily Operations: Manage the day-to-day execution of transportation activities, ensuring the seamless movement of goods from origin to destination.

Fleet Scheduling: Assign vehicles and drivers to specific delivery routes based on order volume, truck capacity, and delivery deadlines.

Real-time Tracking: Monitor vehicle GPS and status updates to provide accurate ETAs to customers and internal stakeholders; intervene immediately in the event of delays or transit issues.

Cost Management: Track fuel consumption, toll fees, and maintenance costs for the fleet, ensuring operations remain within the set budgetary limits.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure that all drivers and vehicles adhere to road safety regulations, weight restrictions, and company-specific SOPs regarding cargo handling.

Documentation: Oversee the accuracy of shipping manifests, gate passes, and delivery proof; ensure all legal transportation documents are correctly filed and processed.

Relationship Management: Maintain clear and professional communication with drivers, transport partners, and warehouse personnel to resolve operational bottlenecks on the spot.

Efficiency Improvement: Analyze route data and operational logs to identify opportunities for reducing transit times and improving vehicle utilization.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in transportation operations, fleet management, or logistics support.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), GPS tracking software, and ERP systems.

Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills for reporting and operational analysis.

Operational Mindset: Strong logical thinking and the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks effectively.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams, including drivers and external logistics partners.

Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and react quickly to unexpected road or operational challenges.

Flexibility: Willingness to support operations during irregular hours or peak seasons as the business requires.
