We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Office Manager to lead our administrative operations and ensure the smooth, efficient functioning of our workplace. You will be the cornerstone of our office culture and operations, managing everything from facility logistics and budget control to team coordination and office processes.
Job Responsibilities
Operations Leadership: Oversee all daily office operations, ensuring that systems, equipment, and facilities are running at peak performance.
Team Supervision: Manage and mentor administrative staff (Receptionists, Clerks, etc.), delegating tasks and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Budgeting & Procurement: Plan and manage the office budget, negotiate contracts with vendors/service providers, and oversee office supply procurement to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in office workflows and implement improvements to enhance overall productivity.
Facilities Management: Coordinate office maintenance, space planning, and security protocols to maintain a safe, professional, and comfortable environment for all employees.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure company policies and procedures are followed, handle office-related regulatory compliance, and provide monthly performance reports to the Management team.
Corporate Culture: Support internal communication, organize company events, and contribute to building a positive, engaging office culture.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in office management, operations, or administrative leadership.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
Strong understanding of budgeting, contract management, and operational workflows.
Soft Skills:
Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams and delegate tasks effectively.
Problem-Solving: Highly resourceful with the ability to handle complex operational challenges independently.
Strategic Planning: Skillful at long-term planning (e.g., office expansion, budget forecasting).
Interpersonal Excellence: Strong negotiation and communication skills for dealing with vendors and internal leadership.
