Key Responsibilities
Venue Sanitization & Turnaround: Clean, dust, and deep-sanitize designated venue zones, VIP suites, meeting rooms, and exhibition halls, ensuring layouts are completely pristine ahead of guest arrivals.

Linen & Amenity Management: Change, strip, and replenish bed linens, towels, and decorative drapes in hospitality suites; restock luxury guest amenities, mini-bars, and comfort items daily.

Floor & Carpet Restoration: Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum diverse flooring surfaces (heavy-traffic carpets, marble tiling, hardwood stages) using professional grade vacuum cleaners and steam extractors.

Restroom Cleanliness & Restocking: Disinfect restroom facilities across the venue constantly during peak hours; clean mirrors, sinks, and toilets, and maintain an uninterrupted supply of paper goods and soaps.

Waste & Turnover Logistics: Empty trash and recycling receptacles throughout the facility frequently; transport refuse safely to designated external sorting bays to maintain odor control.

Furniture Layout Resetting: Assist the event operations team in rearranging, polishing, and setting up chairs, banquet tables, cushions, and staging decor according to specific event floor plans.

Chemical Safety & Hazard Management: Mix, dilute, and apply industrial cleaning solutions safely in strict compliance with safety data sheets (SDS); quickly deploy safety signage to handle unexpected spills or slip hazards.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; specialized certifications in hospitality management, commercial housekeeping, or occupational safety are highly valued.

Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in high-end hospitality housekeeping, convention center janitorial services, resort room management, or large-scale venue maintenance.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting commercial cleaning gear, industrial fabric steamers, and heavy-duty carpet extractors.

Solid understanding of specialized fabric care, stain removal techniques, and color-coded microfiber sanitization protocols.

Familiarity with facility health inspection standards, chemical safety rules, and proper personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.

Personal Attributes:

Exceptional physical stamina, mobility, and agility; comfortable lifting up to 40+ lbs, bending, stretching, and staying active on your feet for long shifts.
