JOB DESCRIPTION: Delivery & Documentation Clerk (Nhân viên Giao nhận Hàng hoá & Chứng từ)
Job Responsibilities
Document Management: Collect, process, and deliver important documents (invoices, contracts, tax documents, customs papers) to internal departments, clients, or government offices in a timely and accurate manner.
Goods Delivery & Pick-up: Coordinate the pickup and delivery of samples, supplies, or finished goods between the company, suppliers, and clients, ensuring items are handled with care.
Route Planning: Plan daily travel routes to optimize time and distance, ensuring efficient delivery and collection schedules, especially during peak periods or in high-traffic conditions.
Verification: Verify the accuracy and completeness of all documents and goods before departure; ensure proper signatures and stamps are obtained upon delivery.
Compliance: Strictly adhere to traffic laws, workplace safety regulations, and confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive corporate documents or valuable goods.
Tracking & Reporting: Maintain a daily log of deliveries and collections, providing regular updates to the relevant departments and reporting any delivery issues or delays immediately.
External Liaison: Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and external partners, acting as a representative of the company during off-site tasks.
Vehicle & Equipment Care: Ensure the assigned vehicle (motorcycle/car) is kept in good working condition, clean, and properly maintained; report any technical issues to the supervisor.
Job Requirements
Education: High school diploma or vocational training.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in courier, delivery, or general office support roles.
Technical Skills:
Good knowledge of local city roads, traffic regulations, and shortcut routes.
Basic proficiency in using communication devices (smartphones, GPS/navigation apps).
Documentation Skills: High attention to detail to ensure documents are not lost or mixed up; ability to manage filing and sorting tasks.
Communication: Polite, clear, and professional communication skills; ability to interact effectively with various departments and clients.
Attitude: Honest, punctual, diligent, and highly reliable.
Physical Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license (motorcycle/car) and be physically fit for daily travel in various weather conditions.
