Training Support - Business Administration
Job Overview
We are seeking a versatile and highly organized Training Support Specialist in Business Administration to join our faculty. As businesses face rapid globalization, digital disruption, and the need for agile decision-making, your role is to provide essential support to our training programs. You will facilitate the delivery of comprehensive curricula covering the core functions of management, ensuring that students and professionals gain a holistic understanding of how to lead organizations, optimize operations, and drive sustainable growth.
Job Responsibilities
Program Coordination: Manage the logistical and administrative lifecycle of Business Administration training modules, ensuring that instructional materials, case study databases, and virtual learning platforms are seamless.
Instructional Support: Assist Lead Instructors in facilitating workshops on key business pillars, including Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, Business Ethics, and Entrepreneurship.
Applied Case Study Facilitation: Support interactive sessions where learners analyze real-world business scenarios, perform SWOT/PESTLE analyses, and develop strategic business proposals.
Curriculum Maintenance: Assist in updating course content to reflect current trends, such as digital transformation, sustainable business practices (ESG), and agile management methodologies.
Assessment & Performance Tracking: Coordinate the evaluation of business plans, case study responses, and team projects. Provide supplemental guidance to ensure learners can apply theoretical frameworks to practical business challenges.
Stakeholder & Industry Liaison: Organize guest lectures from industry leaders, manage corporate partnerships, and facilitate networking events to connect learners with real-world business environments.
Quality Assurance: Monitor learner satisfaction and program performance, providing data-driven insights to refine our training approach.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (an MBA or relevant professional certification is highly preferred).
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in business operations, project management, or an educational support role within a business school or professional development setting.
Technical Skills:
Strong command of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Basic knowledge of financial statement analysis, business modeling, and project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana).
Soft Skills:
Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand the "big picture" of business functions and how they integrate.
Communication: Ability to facilitate professional discourse and translate business jargon into clear learning outcomes.
Organizational Agility: Proficiency in managing multiple academic or training deadlines simultaneously.
Professional Presence: Ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders, ranging from students to corporate executives.
