Training Support - Startup Management
Job Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, entrepreneurial-minded Training Support Specialist in Startup Management to join our team. In an environment defined by rapid iteration, pivot-heavy strategies, and lean operations, your role is to support the training of the next generation of founders and startup operators. You will facilitate the delivery of curricula focused on venture creation, agile methodologies, growth hacking, and investment readiness, ensuring that learners are equipped to navigate the high-stakes world of early-stage ventures.
Job Responsibilities
Program Coordination: Manage the logistical execution of startup incubators, pitch workshops, and accelerator training modules. Ensure that all digital collaboration tools and startup-friendly resources are ready for use.
Instructional & Mentorship Support: Assist Lead Instructors by facilitating Q&A sessions, managing mentor-mentee pairing, and helping learners navigate tools like Lean Canvas, Business Model Canvas, and agile project management frameworks.
Lab & Incubator Facilitation: Manage practical lab sessions where startups iterate on their MVPs (Minimum Viable Products), conduct customer discovery research, and prepare for investor pitch decks.
Curriculum Updates: Assist in keeping training content fresh and relevant by incorporating the latest lean startup methodologies, growth hacking trends, and insights into the current venture capital landscape.
Assessment & Feedback: Coordinate the review of business pitches, feasibility studies, and go-to-market strategies. Provide constructive feedback that mimics real-world feedback from investors and advisors.
Ecosystem Liaison: Act as a bridge between learners, local startup hubs, angel investors, and accelerators. Organize demo days, networking mixers, and guest speaker sessions with successful founders.
Quality Assurance: Track the progression of learner-led ventures, gather feedback on the training experience, and suggest improvements to boost the agility and effectiveness of the program.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Experience: 1–3 years of experience working in a startup, incubator/accelerator, or a high-growth business environment. Experience in an educational or program support role is highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with startup toolkits (e.g., Notion, Trello, Miro, Airtable).
Understanding of lean startup methodologies, unit economics, and basic financial modeling for early-stage ventures.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
Soft Skills:

Communication: Ability to provide sharp, direct, and encouraging feedback to budding entrepreneurs.
Networking Ability: Proactive in building relationships within the startup ecosystem.
Problem-Solving: A "hustle" mentality—capable of finding creative, low-cost solutions to operational challenges.
Benefits
Competitive Compensation: Attractive salary package with potential for performance-based bonuses tied to cohort success.
Ecosystem Access: Direct exposure to venture capital networks, startup founders, and industry experts.
Innovative Culture: A fast-paced, non-hierarchical work environment that encourages bold ideas and rapid implementation.
Comprehensive Benefits: Full health insurance, paid leave, and retirement benefits as per local labor laws.
