We are seeking a precise, analytical, and forward-thinking Electronics Engineer to lead the design, development, and testing of sophisticated electronic systems. Key Responsibilities
Circuit Design & Development: Architect and design complex analog and digital circuits, including power management, data acquisition, and signal conditioning stages.

PCB Layout & Optimization: Create high-quality PCB designs using industry-standard CAD tools, ensuring signal integrity, thermal management, and manufacturability (DFM).

Hardware Validation: Design and execute comprehensive test plans using laboratory instruments (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers) to verify performance against design specifications.

Embedded System Integration: Work closely with firmware/software engineering teams to ensure seamless communication between hardware drivers and application software.

Prototyping: Build, assemble, and debug electronic prototypes, utilizing surface-mount technology (SMT) and through-hole components to refine designs before mass production.

Compliance & Reliability: Conduct failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and ensure all hardware designs meet regulatory standards (e.g., FCC, CE, RoHS, UL).

Documentation: Maintain rigorous technical records, including schematics, bills of materials (BOMs), design reviews, and assembly documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Proven professional experience in electronic product development, ideally within a fast-paced R&D or manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in schematic capture and PCB layout software (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or KiCad).

Strong background in digital logic, microcontrollers (ARM/AVR/PIC), and communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, USB, Ethernet).

Experience with signal integrity analysis and EMI/EMC mitigation techniques.

Proficiency in laboratory test equipment and hardware troubleshooting.
