Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, inspecting quality, and ensuring that our production goals are met while maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Key Responsibilities
Production Operations: Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Assembly & Packaging: Assemble components, pack finished products, and prepare goods for shipment.

Quality Control: Conduct regular checks to ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications. Identify and report any defects immediately.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate production logs and documentation.

Maintenance: Assist in keeping the workstation, production area, and machinery clean and organized (5S standards).

Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily/weekly production targets.

Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred, but entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are welcome.

Skills:

Basic manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Ability to read and follow simple instructions and blueprints.

Basic math skills for counting and inventory tasks.
