Job Responsibilities
Incoming Inspection (IQC): Inspect raw materials and components upon receipt to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications before entering the production line.

In-Process Inspection (IPQC): Perform regular checks during the production process to ensure products are being assembled or manufactured correctly and adhering to established standards.

Final Inspection (OQC/FQC): Conduct thorough inspections of finished goods prior to packaging and shipment to ensure they are free from defects and meet all customer requirements.

Non-Conformance Management: Identify and flag defective products or materials. Properly label, segregate, and document non-conforming items to prevent them from moving to the next stage.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed inspection logs, test records, and quality reports. Ensure all data is entered into the system/database correctly.

Tool & Equipment Care: Use and maintain measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) and testing equipment. Perform basic calibration checks as required.

Process Compliance: Ensure production operators follow the correct Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.

Communication: Immediately report recurring defects or major quality issues to the QC Supervisor or Production team for prompt resolution.

Job Requirements
Education: High school diploma, vocational training, or an Associate degree in a technical field.

Experience: Prior experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar role in a factory/manufacturing environment is preferred.

Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and product specifications.

Attention to Detail: Excellent observation skills to identify subtle defects that others might miss.

Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with basic measuring tools and inspection instruments.

Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy for logging data and creating reports (e.g., using Excel or internal software).

Attitude: High level of integrity, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility toward product quality.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
