We are seeking a physically robust, dependable, and hard-working Farmworker to support our daily agricultural and cultivation operations. In this role, you will be responsible for executing essential manual tasks that drive crop production and livestock care, including planting, harvesting, weeding, operating farm machinery, and maintaining facility infrastructure. You will balance physical stamina with an understanding of basic agricultural practices to ensure high-quality yields and efficient workflows across changing seasons. Key Responsibilities
Crop Cultivation & Harvesting: Plant, transplant, cultivate, weed, and harvest fruits, vegetables, grains, or specialized crops manually or using basic farming tools, ensuring proper handling to minimize product damage.

Livestock Feeding & Care: Feed, water, herd, and monitor the health of livestock or poultry; assist in cleaning barns, pens, coops, and milking parlors to maintain strict animal hygiene.

Agricultural Machinery Operation: Safely operate standard farm vehicles and equipment, such as tractors, tillers, mowers, and ATVs, performing basic pre-operation inspections and refueling.

Irrigation & Water Management: Set up, operate, and perform basic maintenance on automated irrigation systems, pumps, and water lines to ensure optimal soil moisture and crop hydration.

Pest & Weed Control: Identify weed infestations or crop diseases, and safely apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides under the direct guidance of supervisors and in compliance with safety standards.

Sorting & Packing Logistics: Sort, grade, clean, and pack harvested produce according to size and quality specifications, preparing goods for transport or storage in temperature-controlled units.

Farm Infrastructure Maintenance: Repair and maintain farm property, including fences, gates, greenhouses, trellises, and storage sheds, using standard hand and power tools.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; vocational training in agriculture, crop science, or animal husbandry is highly valued.

Experience: 0–2+ years of experience in commercial farming, agricultural labor, landscaping, or heavy manual outdoor work.

Technical Skills:

Basic proficiency in operating small farm machinery, outdoor power tools, and manual hand tools (shovels, shears, hoes).

Fundamental knowledge of crop growth cycles, harvesting techniques, and safe livestock handling procedures.

Familiarity with environmental safety regulations and proper personal protection protocols when handling agricultural chemicals.

Personal Attributes:

Exceptional physical stamina, strength, and agility; capable of lifting up to 50+ lbs, bending repeatedly, and working outdoors in extreme weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).

Highly reliable, punctual, and adaptable, with the flexibility to work early morning hours, weekends, or extended shifts during peak harvest seasons.

Strong situational awareness and situational focus on personal safety and animal welfare.

A proactive team player who can take directions clearly and work harmoniously with a diverse agricultural crew.
