Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Order Taking: Greet customers warmly, explain menu items, answer questions about ingredients or allergens, and accurately input orders into the POS system.

Food & Beverage Preparation: Assemble, portion, and package fast-food items such as burgers, sandwiches, fries, and desserts; prepare hot and cold beverages according to standardized recipes and portion controls.

Transaction Processing: Operate cash registers and digital payment terminals, handle cash accurately, issue receipts, and process refunds or discounts in compliance with company policies.

Counter & Station Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked counter, prep station, and dining area; continuously sanitize high-touch surfaces, trays, and utensils.

Order Assembly & Accuracy Check: Double-check completed orders against receipts to ensure accuracy, package them securely for dine-in, takeout, or delivery, and hand them to guests promptly.

Restocking & Inventory Tracking: Monitor levels of food ingredients, packaging materials, cups, and condiments at the front counter, and restock them from storage areas as needed.

Health & Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to food safety protocols, personal hygiene standards, and workplace safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and accidents.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; holding a valid Food Handler Certification (e.g., ServSafe) is highly preferred.

Experience: 0–2+ years of experience in fast-food restaurants, quick-service environments (QSR), retail checkout, or general customer service.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in operating modern Point of Sale (POS) cash registers, touchscreens, and digital ordering monitors.

Basic mathematical skills for quick cash handling, making change, and calculating discounts.

Familiarity with standard kitchen timers, beverage dispensers, and automated cooking equipment (fryers, toasters).

Personal Attributes:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; capable of remaining patient, polite, and smiling while serving a high volume of diverse customers.

Outstanding physical stamina and agility; comfortable standing, walking, and moving quickly for entire shifts in a warm kitchen atmosphere.
