We are seeking a detail-oriented, efficient, and reliable Stocker and Order Filler to join our warehouse and retail operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring inventory is accurately received, neatly shelved, and promptly picked to fulfill customer and store orders. You will balance speed and precision to maintain high inventory accuracy, ensure optimal product presentation, and meet daily shipping or restocking targets. Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment & Picking: Accurately pick products from storage bins and shelves based on order sheets, digital picking lists, or RF scanners, ensuring correct items, quantities, and batch numbers.

Stocking & Merchandising: Unpack merchandise, verify received items against invoices, and stock shelves, racks, or displays neatly, following proper inventory rotation principles (e.g., FIFO).

Packing & Preparation: Pack, wrap, and secure merchandise safely into boxes or containers, applying shipping labels and pricing tags to prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup.

Inventory Control & Auditing: Conduct regular inventory counts, report discrepancies, damaged goods, or low-stock levels to supervisors, and maintain precise digital stock records.

Workspace Maintenance: Keep aisles, packing stations, and storage zones clean, organized, and free of hazards, ensuring standard safety compliance at all times.

Equipment Operation: Safely utilize warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, ladders, and handheld RF scanners to move and track products efficiently.

Collaborative Workflows: Coordinate closely with logistics, customer service, and delivery teams to prioritize urgent orders and maximize daily throughput.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; basic training in supply chain, logistics, or retail inventory management is a plus.

Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in order picking, warehouse fulfillment, inventory stocking, or retail backroom operations.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using handheld RF scanners, barcode readers, and warehouse management software (WMS) or inventory apps.

Familiarity with standard packing materials and techniques to prevent product damage during transit.

Strong mathematical and literacy skills for accurate counting, reading invoices, and tracking product codes (SKUs).

Personal Attributes:

High physical stamina and agility; capable of lifting up to 40+ lbs, bending, reaching, and walking or standing for long shifts.

Sharp attention to detail and accuracy, minimizing errors in order picking and inventory placement.

Strong time-management skills with the ability to work independently and meet strict fulfillment deadlines under pressure.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills to maintain a harmonious and productive warehouse environment.
