JOB DESCRIPTION: Back-End Developer (Lập trình viên Back-end)
Job Responsibilities
System Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure server-side applications and high-performance system architectures.

API Development: Build and maintain high-quality RESTful or GraphQL APIs to provide seamless data exchange between the server and front-end applications/third-party services.

Database Management: Design, optimize, and manage complex database schemas (SQL/NoSQL) to ensure data integrity, security, and fast query performance.

Business Logic Implementation: Write clean, efficient, and testable code to implement core business requirements and complex application logic.

Performance & Scalability: Optimize server performance, monitor system logs, and identify bottlenecks to ensure the system handles high traffic and concurrent users effectively.

Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices (authentication, authorization, data encryption) to protect sensitive user and system data.

Cloud & Deployment: Participate in the deployment process, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure management (AWS/Azure/GCP/CI/CD pipelines).

Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and QA engineers to define requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions in an Agile environment.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.

Experience: 1–4+ years of experience in back-end development (or equivalent project experience).

Technical Skills:

Languages: Mastery of at least one major back-end language (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, Go, or PHP).

Databases: Proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch).

Architecture: Solid understanding of Microservices, System Design, and Message Queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka).

Version Control: Strong experience with Git/GitLab/GitHub.

Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to diagnose complex bugs, troubleshoot performance issues, and optimize algorithms.

Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts and a proactive mindset toward learning new technologies.
