JOB DESCRIPTION: Business Analyst (BA)
Job Responsibilities
Requirement Elicitation: Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys with stakeholders to identify, gather, and document detailed business and functional requirements.

Documentation: Translate complex business needs into clear, structured documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), User Stories, and Use Cases.

Process Mapping: Analyze and map "As-Is" and "To-Be" business processes, identifying inefficiencies and proposing optimized workflow solutions.

Solution Design: Collaborate with UI/UX designers and technical architects to ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives and technical feasibility.

Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders (clients/internal departments) and the technical development team to ensure mutual understanding and alignment.

Testing & Validation: Support the QA team by reviewing test plans and scenarios; participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the delivered solution meets the agreed-upon requirements.

Change Management: Manage requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle; conduct impact assessments and communicate updates to all relevant stakeholders.

Strategic Advisory: Analyze market trends and business performance data to provide insights that support product roadmap development and strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.

Experience: 2–4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT software development or relevant business operations.

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to break down complex problems into manageable components and think logically about process flows and edge cases.

Technical Literacy: Proficiency in creating diagrams (Flowcharts, Sequence Diagrams, Activity Diagrams) using tools like Lucidchart, Visio, or Draw.io.

Documentation Tools: Familiarity with documentation tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

Soft Skills:

Communication: Exceptional listening and verbal/written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

Negotiation: Ability to manage conflicting stakeholder expectations and reach consensus.

Empathy: Ability to understand the user's perspective and translate emotional/operational needs into technical features.

Certification: IIBA (ECBA/CCBA/CBAP) or Scrum Product Owner certifications are highly preferred.
