We are seeking an experienced, leadership-driven Data Analyst to lead our analytical operations and maintain the highest standards of data integrity, actionable reporting, and business intelligence. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, motivate, and evaluate the analytical team, including junior analysts, reporting specialists, and data visualization experts.

Standards & Quality Control: Establish and enforce high standards for data cleaning, reporting accuracy, and visualization consistency; conduct regular audits of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Operations Planning: Develop and manage analytical roadmaps, reporting cadences, and automation strategies to ensure timely and reliable delivery of business insights.

Resource & Budget Management: Control costs associated with BI software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), data tool licenses, and training subscriptions; manage relationships with analytical vendors.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Executive leadership, Product, and Marketing teams to identify analytical needs and translate business objectives into clear, measurable data goals.

Training & Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on data literacy, BI tool usage, and analytical best practices; mentor team members on effective storytelling.

Compliance & Reliability: Ensure full adherence to data privacy regulations, internal data governance policies, and ethical standards regarding data usage.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards; implement innovative analytical methodologies and automated workflows to reduce manual reporting cycles.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field is preferred.

Experience: 5–10+ years in data analysis or business intelligence, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or senior managerial capacity. Experience in supporting high-level strategic decision-making is highly desirable.

Technical & Management Skills:

Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

Experience with statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and data warehousing concepts.

Proven ability to lead analytical teams, manage complex project timelines, and deliver insights that impact business performance.

Soft Skills:

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
