JOB DESCRIPTION: Full-Stack Developer (MERN / MEAN Stack)
Job Responsibilities
Full-Stack Development: Design, build, and deploy high-performance web applications using the full stack: MongoDB, Express.js, Angular/React, and Node.js.

Architecture & Design: Develop scalable, modular, and maintainable frontend and backend architectures following best practices.

API Development: Create and maintain robust RESTful or GraphQL APIs to facilitate seamless communication between the frontend and the database.

Database Management: Architect and optimize MongoDB schemas (NoSQL) for efficiency, data integrity, and performance.

Frontend Development: Implement interactive and responsive user interfaces using React.js (for MERN) or Angular (for MEAN), ensuring excellent cross-device compatibility.

Backend Engineering: Build secure, high-concurrency server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js, including authentication, authorization, and background job processing.

Deployment & DevOps: Manage application deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud hosting (e.g., AWS, GCP, Vercel) within a containerized environment (Docker/Kubernetes).

Code Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and ensure high security standards (preventing SQL/NoSQL injection, XSS, etc.).

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

Experience: 2–5+ years of full-stack development experience, with a proven track record of shipping MERN or MEAN applications.

Technical Skills:

Core: Mastery of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (preferred).

Backend: Deep understanding of Node.js, Express.js, and asynchronous programming.

Database: Expert knowledge of MongoDB and Mongoose (aggregation, indexing, and schema design).

Frontend: Advanced proficiency in React.js (Redux/Context API, Hooks) or Angular (RxJS, Components, Services).

Version Control: Git workflow proficiency.

Problem-Solving: Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for complex distributed systems.
