JOB DESCRIPTION: QA Engineer / Tester (Kỹ sư Kiểm thử Phần mềm)
Job Responsibilities
Test Strategy & Planning: Analyze functional and non-functional requirements to create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.

Test Execution: Execute manual and automated test scripts to identify software defects, ensuring the product meets quality standards and business requirements.

Defect Management: Log, track, and manage bugs using issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira), working closely with developers to reproduce, verify, and resolve issues.

Test Automation: Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage for regression cycles.

Quality Assurance: Conduct various types of testing, including functional, UI/UX, regression, integration, API, and performance testing, to ensure a seamless end-user experience.

Collaboration: Work within an Agile/Scrum team, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to advocate for quality throughout the development lifecycle (SDLC).

Reporting: Generate daily/weekly test progress reports and final quality assessment reports for project stakeholders.

Process Improvement: Proactively identify bottlenecks in the testing process and suggest improvements to enhance product quality and release velocity.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.

Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in software testing (Manual/Automation).

Technical Skills:

Methodology: Strong knowledge of testing lifecycles (STLC), types of testing, and Agile/Scrum processes.

Automation: Proficiency in at least one automation tool or framework (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium).

Programming: Basic to intermediate knowledge of programming languages like Java, JavaScript, or Python for scripting.

Tools: Experience with Jira, TestRail, Postman (for API testing), and SQL for database validation.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to finding edge cases and potential failure points.

Analytical Thinking: Logical mindset to break down complex features and design effective test coverage.

Communication: Clear, concise communication to document defects effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
