In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the manual movement, sorting, and organization of freight, stock, and materials within our warehouse or facility. Key Responsibilities
Manual Handling: Load, unload, lift, move, and stack freight, pallets, and various materials using manual methods or basic material-handling equipment (e.g., manual pallet jacks, hand trucks).

Stock Organization: Sort, organize, and store materials in designated warehouse locations; assist with inventory counts and maintain proper storage documentation.

Order Fulfillment: Assist in the picking, packing, and staging of goods for shipment or internal distribution, ensuring accuracy and order completeness.

Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintaining a hazard-free work environment.

Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free work area; assist with facility upkeep, such as clearing aisles and disposing of packing materials.

Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with warehouse leads and teammates to ensure efficient workflow, meet shift productivity targets, and report any discrepancies in stock or safety hazards.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or manual labor role is highly desirable.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) consistently throughout the shift.

Capable of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and stooping for extended periods.

Ability to work in various environments, including non-climate-controlled warehouses or loading docks.

Key Skills:

Strong attention to detail for accurate sorting and inventory management.

Basic ability to read, understand, and follow verbal and written instructions and safety signage.

Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
